Do you ever have those moments where you experience something throughout the course of your day and it immediately sends you flying down memory lane to an event that occurred in your life many years ago? I can’t help but smile from ear to ear during those sweet moments when something triggers a fun memory that takes me back to my childhood – especially when that memory involves food and family! These simple 5 Minute Halloween Cookies are fun to make, and even more fun to eat! No need to stress over making cookies from scratch – these chocolate dipped peanut butter crackers are spook-tacularly delicious and come together in no time at all!

Just yesterday I shared a simple little DIY spider cookie that is crazy easy to make and is perfect for the upcoming Halloween season. I talked about how it combined a nice balance of sweetness from the peanut butter and saltiness from the crackers and pretzels, which made me start brainstorming some more about ways to use up some of my other sweet and salty snacks I had tucked away in my pantry.

What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of summer foods? Do you think about ice cold sweets such as ice pops or ice cream?
