These simple 5 Minute Halloween Cookies are fun to make, and even more fun to eat! No need to stress over making cookies from scratch – these chocolate dipped peanut butter crackers are spook-tacularly delicious and come together in no time at all!
Just yesterday I shared a simple little DIY spider cookie that is crazy easy to make and is perfect for the upcoming Halloween season. I talked about how it combined a nice balance of sweetness from the peanut butter and saltiness from the crackers and pretzels, which made me start brainstorming some more about ways to use up some of my other sweet and salty snacks I had tucked away in my pantry.
Being on a total Halloween kick at the moment, I hopped on my broom and flew over to the snack basket in my pantry to see what I could draw a little inspiration from. These little vibrant neon orange prepackaged crackers (that my toddler is crazy about) were calling my name, so I reached for my sprinkles and melting chocolate and came up with a fun confection that’s frighteningly easy to make and combines those sweet and salty flavors that I’m so fond of!

Prepackaged orange peanut butter crackers
White Melting Chocolate or Almond Bark
If you’re in need of something quick to throw together for a Halloween party, these little cookies are the perfect thing to make! Just melt the chocolate, dip the crackers and cover with sprinkles! They take about 5 minutes to make, and the chocolate dries really quickly. To make the mummies, dip the cracker in chocolate and allow to mostly try. Using a spoon, drizzle a little extra chocolate on a zig zag pattern over the cracker and place two candy eyeballs on top. Voila!
