How to Make a Latte at Home in 3 Easy Steps!

 I’ve always heard people say, “your vibe attracts your tribe.” If you want to surround yourself with people like you, you simply have to be yourself! That’s all well and good. I can totally get down with that kind of motto. I think it’s so important to be yourself and to keep a positive vibe so that others around you will feed off of it. However, there’s that one part of myself that doesn’t need anyone in it’s tribe. It really doesn’t need to show it’s face at all. In fact, it needs to be contained in a cage somewhere until a little bit of java runs through it’s system. After that, it can totally vibe with the rest of the tribe! 😉

It’s no secret that this Mama’s train doesn’t leave the station until a cup full of starter fluid (aka coffee) starts running through my body not long after my feet hit the floor. Chasing around (or being chased by) a toddler all day while trying to manage a work-from-home schedule isn’t for the faint of heart. Honestly, the only way I get by is with a little help from my friends! (See what I did there?) And when I say “friends,” I’m totally talking about coffee. Obviously.

And if we lived in a perfect world, I’d be able to swap out my normal cup of coffee with something way better. You know, something that I actually want. Man, if I could really have it my way, I’d have a tall latte with extra cream in my hand and the confidence to slay the day like a true #momboss!

Up until recently, my latte dreams were always crushed by the fact that I live approximately 47 minutes away from any coffee shop at all, and so I could never truly get my beloved latte with extra cream on top…drizzled with cinnamon and sweetened to perfection. Also? Buying a latte from a coffee shop can be crazy expensive, and that’s just not something that’s in my budget. It was a sad, sad time, y’all. Luckily for me, 2017 has already come with the promise of my sweet latte dreams coming true thanks to the brand spankin’ new International Delight® One Touch Latte™ line that will be hitting the shelves at Walmart in the next few weeks!

Step 1: Fill a coffee mug 2/3 of the way full with your favorite coffee of choice, making sure you leave room for the delicious, creamy froth. You can even get a little creative and use hot chocolate, etc.

Step 2: Shake the One Touch Latte™ can.

Step 3: Press and hold the can above the coffee for 5-7 seconds and enjoy!

And just like that, I’ve got my own latte in under 10 seconds! I made it using my own coffee, and I didn’t have to add hardly any sweetener to it at all. Not only does this creamer froth, but it adds such a nice, creamy sweetness to my latte that I’m absolutely crazy about. The fact that it comes in 3 amazing flavors is just the icing on the cake! I may not be a professional barista, but making my own latte at home (and adding as much extra creamer and cinnamon as I want…yippee!) makes me feel like a total pro!
