This sale is happening at the absolute perfect time, because one of my very best friends is expecting her first child in this winter! She and her husband decided not to find out the sex of the baby until delivery, so I’ve been itching to go shopping and pick up some beautiful neutral pieces that their new bundle of joy (and any future bundles of joy) can wear for years to come!
This past weekend I stopped by my local Carter’s to see what some of the sales in the Semi-Annual Big Baby Sale were looking like. One word, y’all: AMAZING!
I saw some seriously cute duds and accessories in their neutral line of clothing, and was thrilled to see much of it on sale!
I really loved this Little Peanut 2-Pack Babysoft Coverall Set as a doorbuster deal! My best friend and I grew up in the peanut capitol of the world, so I know this set is going to be a major hit with her!
My game plan when I head out to the store again this coming Saturday, September 23rd is to stock up on a few of the basics, such as The Original Bodysuit bundles like this one:
And how gorgeous is this little neutral knit hooded cardigan?! I can just picture a sweet baby nestled up inside this snuggly cardigan, ready to be ooh-ed and ahh-ed over!
And while I was there, I had to check out the girl’s clothing section to see what trends are going to be big this fall. I’m crazy about those shiny gold shoes this little mannequin is wearing! (They didn’t come in my size, unfortunately. I checked.) 😉
