Since moving into our brand new home back in late November, I’ve slowly but surely been collecting a few fun farmhouse pieces to fill our living spaces with that gorgeous rustic charm that I’ve absolutely fallen head over heels in love with. The moment I set out on my quest to find farmhouse decor to fit my style and my budget, it quickly became very evident to me that pretty things can cost a pretty penny, and it didn’t take long before I started to feel a little defeated in my quest to fill my house with all things farmhouse-chic. I mean, I just wanted it to look like Joanna Gaines is my bff and she popped over to help me spruce up the place…is that so much to ask?!
Over time I have found a few big box stores that have hopped on the scene and have started mass producing farmhouse-esque home decor, but often those pieces are lacking something in my opinion. Typically, the quality isn’t that great, and they lack the homemade (yet sophisticated) feel that I really craved for my home decor. I love supporting small businesses more than anything, but it’s always a bummer when my pocket book doesn’t allow it. Shopping small is so important for our economy, and as an entrepreneur myself, I love knowing I’m directly helping other families thrive and make a living!
So when Charlie Dawn & Co recently reached out to me and introduced their line of quality, handmade and affordable farmhouse signs to me, I was instantly smitten! 
I first fell in love with their People I Love sign, which I’ve proudly put on display in my own personal office space where I can admire it every day! The sign measures 17.5 inches x 21.5 inches, which is a really nice size! When I run my fingers over the lettering, I can tell that they and they canvas are hand painted, which makes it feel so much more personal than something printed. This sign is priced at only $30, which I think it absolutely phenomenal for a handmade farmhouse piece!
