Peanut Butter Bunny Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese room temp
  • 1 cup powdered sugar plus extra for dusting
  • 3/4 cup Peter PanĀ® Creamy Peanut Butter not all natural
  • 3 Tbs brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • RITZ Crackers for dipping
  • Candy eye balls 2
  • Spaghetti noodles for whiskers
  • Food decorating gel
  • Heart shaped candy for nose can also be drawn on with gel
  • Card stock for ears

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese, Peter PanĀ® Creamy Peanut Butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar and white chocolate chips in a bowl and blend using a mixer.
  • Spoon mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and bring all four corners up to the top and twist, forming the mixture into a ball shape
  • Place on a hard plate and put in the freezer for roughly 1 hour 30 minutes, or until ball is firm but can still be shaped with your fingers
  • Remove mixture from freezer, unwrap and place directly onto a piece of greased tin foil or wax paper
  • Using your fingers, pat powdered sugar over the entire body of the cream cheese mixture until completely covered
  • Lightly spray a spatula with non-stick spray and gently move the cheese ball onto a decorative plate
  • Decorate with bunny ears (cut out yourself using card stock of your choice,) candy eyes, spaghetti noodles, heart shaped candy and food coloring
  • Serve with RITZ Crackers
  • Tip: Use an extra spaghetti noodle and tape it to the back of the bunny ears to help them stand up straight!
