Preheat oven to 450 F
Slice each strip of bacon into three pieces
Spray the underside of a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and lay 3 pieces of bacon across the hump of each cup in a criss-cross motion
Place an additional mini muffin tin on top of bacon when finished to keep bacon in place while cooking and set on top of a baking sheet to catch fat drippings
Cook bacon for about 12 minutes
Remove from oven and check to make sure bacon is done and is crisp enough to form a cup. Allow to cool completely with lid still on the bacon cups
In a large bowl, combine baked beans, BBQ meat and Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce and stir
Place BBQ mixture in the oven and reduce temperature to 350 F
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly hot
Remove bacon cups from muffin tins and pour a spoonful of BBQ mixture into each one
Top with a small amount of coleslaw (optional) and a drizzle of Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings sauce and serve!
