Preheat oven to 350 F
In a shallow bowl, whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon
Open up package of crescent rolls and cut each portion in half
Lay each piece of dough flat into the cinnamon/sugar mixture to coat
Lay the sugared piece of down onto a plate and place a sausage link at one end
Roll the sausage in the dough until covered
Once the sausage has been covered with dough, roll it around in the cinnamon/sugar once more to coat completely
Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes
Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve immediately
Optional: If you'd like to add a glaze, combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 2 1/2 tsp water and drizzle over the top of each roll
