Prepare brownies according to package instructions, adding 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract into the batter before baking. Allow to cool completely before crumbling.
Add softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/3 cup International Delight® Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer into a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until completely smooth
Cover cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for an hour or longer to allow it to firm up a bit.
In small jelly jars, layer crumbled up brownies and cream cheese filling until the jar is filled
For best results, layer the cream cheese into the jars using a piping bag
Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermints and serve!
