Cranberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • flour tortillas


  • In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and feta cheese together with a hand mixer.
  • Add in pecans, cranberries and onions and mix well.
  • Spread mixture over tortillas and roll up.
  • Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into slices and top with additional onions or pecans if desired. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
