In a mixing bowl, combine Pic's peanut butter, coconut flour, Swerve and syrup and mix until thoroughly combined. Mixture will quickly begin to get crumbly. If it's too crumbly to form and hold small balls, add in a little more syrup.
Form small balls using your hands and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Set in freezer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from freezer and melt chocolate chips in the microwave for a few seconds at a time - careful not to scorch
Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate to coat and set on parchment paper
While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle a little coarse sea salt on top
Place in refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to fully firm up
Store in air tight container or Ziploc bag in refrigerator
