Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon - set aside
Scramble sausage according to package instructions. Drain off grease and set aside
In a medium sized bowl, add 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 Tbs whole milk and whisk until well combined
Combine scrambled sausage and cinnamon glaze together and stir well
Open packages of cinnamon rolls and flatten each roll out using the palm of your hands or a greased rolling pin
Add a spoonful of sausage mixture to the center of each cinnamon roll and pinch the dough closed to make a ball
Roll ball around in cinnamon sugar mixture and place inside a greased bundt pan
Repeat until all sausage and cinnamon rolls are used up.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until dough is golden brown
Allow to cool briefly before transferring to a plate
Open packets of icing that were included with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle over bread
Serve while warm
