Cinnamon Sausage Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Package Mild Sausage Odom's Tennessee Pride
  • 4 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (12.4 oz) icing packs set aside

Cinnamon Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbs whole milk

Sugar Mixture

  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon - set aside
  • Scramble sausage according to package instructions. Drain off grease and set aside
  • In a medium sized bowl, add 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 Tbs whole milk and whisk until well combined
  • Combine scrambled sausage and cinnamon glaze together and stir well
  • Open packages of cinnamon rolls and flatten each roll out using the palm of your hands or a greased rolling pin
  • Add a spoonful of sausage mixture to the center of each cinnamon roll and pinch the dough closed to make a ball
  • Roll ball around in cinnamon sugar mixture and place inside a greased bundt pan
  • Repeat until all sausage and cinnamon rolls are used up.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until dough is golden brown
  • Allow to cool briefly before transferring to a plate
  • Open packets of icing that were included with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle over bread
  • Serve while warm
  • Enjoy!
