Cream Cheese Mixture
Using a mixer, beat together all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe a thick layer over graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate until cream cheese firms back up - about an hour.
Apples
Peel, core and dice apples.
In a large skillet, melt butter and toss in apples. Allow to cook on high for roughly 5 minutes until apples are tender but not mushy. Stir frequently while cooking.
Remove from heat and add in flour, cinnamon, allspice and sugar and stir until well combined. As the apples cool, a thick glaze will form. Pour apple mixture on top of cream cheese mixture and serve immediately
Top with caramel sauce for garnish - optional
Enjoy!
