Ingredients

  • 2 bags buttered popcorn popped
  • 1 8oz bag Wilton White Chocolate Melts
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp fine red sugar sprinkles (feel free to add more or less!)
  • 10-12 peppermints crushed

Instructions

  • Pop popcorn according to package instructions, set aside
  • In a microwave safe bowl, pour in chocolate melts and microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted
  • While chocolate is melting in microwave, carefully crush peppermints
  • Pour popcorn into a large mixing bowl and pour melted chocolate, crushed peppermints and sprinkles and stir until well coated
  • Pour popcorn onto a baking sheet and spread out to dry
  • After about 15-20 minutes, the chocolate should be dry and the popcorn is ready to eat. Enjoy!
