Preheat oven to 350 F
Thoroughly spray an 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter - be careful not to scorch
Add in sugars and melt once again in the microwave for about 20 seconds
Stir in the International Delight iced coffee and allow to cool
Gently beat in eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla until well combined
Stir in flour and salt and stir well
Pour into baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until done in the center. (These brownies are supposed to be fudgey, so don't worry if there's still a very slight amount of batter that sticks to your knife or toothpick when you insert into the middle. It'll finish cooking as its cooling.)
Allow brownies to cool completely before applying glaze. *This is important*
To prepare the glaze, combine all ingredients and beat with a hand mixer until light and fluffy
Pour glaze over brownies and allow it to harden slightly before cutting
Top with semisweet morsels, chocolate shaving, caramel drizzle or serve without!
