In a large skillet, combine apples, sugar, flour, spices, water and lemon juice
Allow to simmer over medium-low heat until apples are tender - stirring frequently
Add in raisins
Preheat oven to 350 F
Pour apple mixture into an iron skillet or greased casserole dish and top with chopped pieces of cinnamon roll
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cinnamon rolls on top are done
Top with icing packet from cinnamon rolls
Serve warm, with ice cream if desired
