Are You Ready for the Big Game? Bring the Heat with this Spicy Habanero Alfredo Pizza

  • 1 Package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs El Yucateco┬« red habanero hot sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • ½ cup black olives, diced
  • 1 handful real bacon bits
  • ½ cup diced sun dried tomatoes
  • Fresh cilantro to go on top if desired
  1. Knead dough (if needed) and stretch to fit pizza pan - being sure to dock the dough before adding sauce
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F
  3. In a sauce pan, saute minced garlic in butter over medium heat and pour in heavy cream - stir
  4. Add in Parmesan cheese and allow to simmer until thickened. Once thickened, add in 2 Tbs El Yucateco® sauce
  5. Pour sauce on top of pizza dough
  6. Top pizza with mozzarella cheese and remaining toppings (if garnishing with cilantro, wait until pizza comes out of the oven first)
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until dough is cooked all the way through
  8. Enjoy!
