Cranberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ⅓ cup chopped green onions
  • flour tortillas
  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and feta cheese together with a hand mixer.
  2. Add in pecans, cranberries and onions and mix well.
  3. Spread mixture over tortillas and roll up.
  4. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into slices and top with additional onions or pecans if desired. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
