I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t take long for me to start getting the winter blues during this time of year. In my neck of the woods, we very seldom ever get any snow, but there are some days that it’s so frigid cold that your bones feel like they’ve frozen over. It’s days like that that tend to leave me feeling just all around yucky. My toddler goes stir crazy from being in the house all day. I start to get a little lethargic and things on my to-do list just don’t get done. I develop the pre-teen “I just don’t wanna” attitude and daydream about living in my pajamas and watching movies all day. I mean, it’s cuddle season, y’all! Why on earth would I want to clean the house and slave over the stove when I could be warm, sitting on my couch and snuggling with my baby? Am I right?!
So naturally I started thinking about ways I could rock this whole “mom/wife gig” during those horribly cold and lazy days that would result in maximum satisfaction from all family members without me really having to jump through a bunch of hoops or change out of my yoga pants. #lifegoals 😉
Luckily for me, I stumbled upon this awesome deal that I simply could NOT pass up! Tyson® Products “Winter to Go” offer with Redbox at Walmart is happening right now, and with that deal you can snag free movie nights* when you purchase participating State Fair®, Jimmy Dean®, or Tyson products! So, basically I get to run into Walmart, pick up a few packages of delicious, easy to prepare goodies for my family, earn and pick up movies at Redbox AND I get to snuggle up on the couch with my loves and enjoy it all! Where’s my Super-Mom cape? 😉
When I swung by my local Walmart earlier in the week, I picked up two of the participating items (click here for a full list) that I knew my daughter and husband would really love. We can seriously go to town on some chicken nuggets and corn dogs, so I grabbed a bag of Tyson Chicken Nuggets and a box of State Fair Classic Corn Dogs. I snapped a photo of my receipt (must be from Walmart) and uploaded it at www.TysonFreeMovieNight.com. Once my purchases were verified, I snagged two Redbox promo codes and turned a boring, cold winter night into a total family-fun success!
So if you’re looking to have a little fun with your family during the cold winter months, swing by your local Walmart Supercenter or Walmart Neighborhood Market and grab a few participating items and earn yourself a free movie night!
What will you be picking up for your family for your #TysonFreeMovieNight?
